Customers who have signed up for our mailing list will receive occassional newsletters from us. We will not flood your inbox with emails. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

You may notice when you click to checkout on this website that you are redirected to the URL https://www.secure.systemsecure.com. The company info for the VeriSign certificate is for our Shopping Cart Service so you will not see this company's name. All checkout pages are secure.
Shipping
We will process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders will be shipped by DHL ground or US Priority Mail. Of course, we are happy to make exceptions if necessary. Upon shipment of your item, we will email you the waybill number, if available, and expected delivery date.
We ship anywhere in the United States. Higher rates apply to Alaska and Hawai'i. We can ship to locations outside of the US, but delivery times might vary, and please be aware that you might have to pay import duties upon receipt of your package.
Returns
We're sure you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you may return any item for full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible of any such costs incurred when returing an item. Please enclose the original packing slip or receipt and indicate the reason for the return.
Wholesale
We welcome wholesale inquiries! Most items are well-stocked, but none of our products are mass produced, so please inquire about availability of any item you are interested in. Our schedule of shipping charges and information sheets were updated March 2007, so please check back with me if you received wholesale information prior to this date.
About the products
Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, there might be minor variations. These are indications of the products' uniqueness.
The garments are 100% cotton, so some shrinkage can be expected. Through product testing, we have found that products tend to shrink slightly in length, rather than in width. For this reason, all garments are cut slightly long. We recommend washing all garments in cold water with gentle detergent and avoid soaking.
Copper and brass jewelry can be cleaned using ordinary polish. Avoid harsh polishes or polishing cloths on all silver jewelry! We have found that a plastic eraser works nicely in removing any patina that might build up on the silver.
